Shipping Policy — Eye Evolve

We aim to process and ship all orders quickly and reliably.

Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed after business hours will be processed the next business day.

Shipping & Delivery
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Domestic (U.S.): 3–5 business days after shipment

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or factors outside our control.

Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been shipped and is in the carrier’s possession, Eye Evolve is not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be found, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

Order Issues
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at support@eyeevolvenow.com with your order number and photos of the issue so we can assist you.
